Digital Advertising Specialist (Meta Ads)

About the role

Talk Americas is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist focused on Meta Ads to join its remote team. The role is home‑based and open exclusively to residents of San Miguel, El Salvador. You will turn data into actionable results, optimise campaigns and help shape performance‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, configure and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Optimize ad creatives, audience segmentations and budgets to improve key metrics.
• Monitor performance indicators such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA and frequency.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain Meta Pixel implementation and track conversion events.
• Recommend data‑driven strategic improvements.
• Design graphic assets for advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree or studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing paid Meta campaigns.
• Knowledge of custom and look‑alike audiences, segmentation and conversion funnels.
• Experience with result‑oriented campaigns (leads, sales, traffic).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Basic understanding of digital analytics.
• Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
