Director, Enterprise PMO

About the role

This senior individual contributor role reports directly to the COO and serves as the primary operational engine driving internal change across the company’s global BPO footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the operational vision into concrete project plans and track execution across all global delivery sites.
• Lead post‑merger acquisition integrations by mapping, aligning, and merging operations, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Standardize internal operating procedures across geographies to eliminate silos and duplicate workflows.
• Coordinate global change rollouts, balancing time‑zone differences, cultural nuances, and regional requirements.
• Identify and track project dependencies across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to flag and resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide senior leadership with data‑backed visibility into project health, financial synergy targets, and milestone achievements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project and program management experience, preferably in a global BPO or tech‑enabled services company.
• Proven ability to influence regional and functional leaders worldwide without direct authority.
• Hands‑on builder mindset capable of designing roadmaps and executing daily tasks.
• Experience managing operational integration phases of corporate acquisitions.
• Demonstrated capability supporting projects across multiple continents (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
