Director, Enterprise PMO

About the role

We are looking for a Director, Enterprise PMO to act as the primary operational engine driving internal change across our global BPO footprint. Reporting directly to the COO, this senior individual‑contributor role will plan, orchestrate and execute high‑stakes internal initiatives such as post‑merger integrations, cross‑regional projects and global operational standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the operational vision into concrete project plans and track execution across all global delivery sites.
• Lead post‑acquisition integration by mapping, aligning and merging operations, infrastructure and workflows of acquired companies.
• Standardise internal operating procedures across geographies to eliminate silos and duplicate workflows.
• Coordinate global change roll‑outs, balancing time‑zones, cultural nuances and regional requirements.
• Identify and track project dependencies across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Operations to flag and resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide senior leadership with data‑backed visibility into project health, financial synergy targets and milestone achievements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project and program management experience, preferably in a global BPO or tech‑enabled services company.
• Proven ability to align regional heads and functional leaders worldwide without direct authority.
• Hands‑on experience managing operational integration phases of corporate acquisitions.
• Demonstrated capability supporting projects spanning AMER, EMEA and APAC regions.
• Builder mindset capable of designing roadmaps and executing daily tasks to meet them.
• Deep expertise in standard project‑management methodologies (PMP, Agile) and structured change‑management practices.
