Dispatcher Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Dispatcher to support one of our U.S.-based clients in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. As a Dispatcher, you’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes team that makes sure the right people, vehicles, and resources are in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and coordinating service requests, work orders, and incoming calls.
• Dispatching drivers, technicians, and field personnel based on schedules, priorities, and availability.
• Communicating with customers and field teams via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Monitoring the status and progress of ongoing jobs and providing updates on schedules, ETA, delays, or changes.
• Coordinating routes and assignments to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Managing schedule changes, cancellations, urgent requests, and unexpected situations.
• Following up with drivers, technicians, and customers to ensure requests are completed correctly and on time.
• Keeping schedules, work orders, and customer information accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of requests from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up, and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and use various scheduling, GPS, communication, and dispatch platforms.
