Distribution Coordinator - Eastern Territory

About the role

Tigo El Salvador is looking for a Distribution Coordinator for its eastern territory. The role drives commercial growth by managing dealers strategically, ensuring sales, distribution and inventory targets are met, and strengthening Tigo's market presence and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with dealers in the eastern zone
• Ensure sales, distribution and activation indicators are met
• Identify growth opportunities and run action plans to reach commercial goals
• Support retail points and business partners
• Guarantee availability of products, equipment and recharges
• Supervise trade marketing initiatives and analyse results to improve territory performance

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in sales, distribution or channel management
• Own vehicle and availability for field work in the eastern zone
• Negotiation and business development experience
