About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our leading men’s clothing store located at the International Airport of El Salvador. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a high‑traffic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs and promote product offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Maintain a well‑presented store and ensure a proactive approach to both internal and external client requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including basic reporting.

Required profile

• Female, aged between 25 and 35 years.
• High school diploma; university studies are a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales.
• Excellent personal presentation and proactive attitude.
• Residence in nearby areas such as Zacatecoluca, San Marcos, Santo Tomás, San Jacinto, Comalapa, Olocuilta, San Luis Talpa or surrounding zones.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
