About the role

The Furniture Sales Executive will promote our current and new product portfolio, advising clients on space planning and furniture distribution. The role involves designing layouts, supervising deliveries, and ensuring post‑sale satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Present and recommend furniture solutions based on client needs.
• Assist clients with space distribution and create design proposals.
• Monitor product deliveries and confirm client acceptance.
• Plan and follow up with existing and potential customers weekly.
• Handle post‑sale claims together with logistics, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly sales reports.
• Track client payments, loaned furniture returns, and flag uncollectible accounts.
• Provide product replenishment information and sales forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Graduated in a related field (e.g., design, architecture, business).
• 2–3 years of commercial or sales experience, preferably in furniture.
• Own vehicle for client visits and deliveries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design/rendering software.

• Base salary of $500 plus an average commission of $1,300.
