About the role
We are looking for an External Sales Executive to cover the western region of El Salvador. The role focuses on prospecting, advising, training and onboarding merchants to adopt our electronic payment solutions for both physical and digital points of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and profile potential clients through visits and phone calls to continuously grow the merchant network.
- Present compelling commercial proposals and provide training on our platforms.
- Equip each affiliated point of sale with promotional POP material.
- Log activities and results in Odoo and Jira.
- Negotiate commissions within predefined ranges to close optimal deals.
Required profile
- Student in the 5th year or later of a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, adaptability and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and curiosity about digital products such as POS systems and QR payments.
