About the role

The Financial Sales Executive will join our commercial team in San Salvador, focusing on promoting and placing banking and financial products. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for financial products.
• Present, negotiate and close sales of banking services and financial solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through cross‑selling opportunities.
• Handle objections, provide clear explanations of product features, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Proven ability to negotiate, persuade and manage objections.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience with cross‑selling financial products is a plus.
