About the role

FERRETERIA IMFO is looking for a Sales Executive to work in its retail store. You will interact directly with customers, understand their needs and propose appropriate hardware, construction materials and home‑maintenance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store, identify their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, manage orders and support stock‑control activities.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
• Record all sales transactions in the company’s sales system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales, preferably in hardware, construction materials or similar retail.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
• Clear communication, friendly customer approach and quick problem‑solving.
• Organised, reliable and punctual, with basic computer handling skills.
• Willingness to learn about hardware and construction products.
