About the role

We are looking for a proactive Wholesale Channel Sales Executive to develop our B2B distribution network for professional audio, photography, and video equipment. The role involves building the wholesale channel from the ground up, identifying new distributors, and establishing long‑term commercial relationships in El Salvador and Guatemala.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers.
• Identify and onboard potential distributors in El Salvador and Guatemala.
• Build a commercial portfolio from scratch.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Conduct commercial visits and manage the full sales process.

Required profile

• Residence in El Salvador with solid knowledge of the local market.
• Willingness to travel regularly between El Salvador and Guatemala.
• Proven experience in market entry, B2B prospecting, new client development, and distributor acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to create an own client portfolio rather than only managing existing accounts.
• Preferably familiar with technology, electronics, audio, photography, video, or related industries.
• Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, results‑oriented, and strong relationship‑building skills.
