Ejecutivo/a de Ventas – Showroom

About the role

The company, a specialist in lighting and space‑solution products, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to manage its showroom in San Salvador. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer service, consulting on lighting solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and advice to showroom visitors.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions.
• Present product features, applications, and benefits.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Actively pursue leads, manage objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Cross‑sell complementary products and ensure post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper presentation.
• Achieve sales targets and commercial KPIs.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Approximately three years of experience in sales, customer service, or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to understand client needs, negotiate, and close deals.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to learn technical product details quickly.
• Organized, goal‑driven, and results‑focused.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of USD 450 per month.
• Commission ranging from 1 % to 2 % of sales.
• Qualitative bonus of USD 50‑100 per month.
• Statutory benefits.
• 44‑hour work week, Monday to Saturday.
• Fully onsite position at Paseo General Escalón, San Salvador.
