Electronic Security Administrator

About the role

The IT Electronic Security Administrator is responsible for configuring, integrating and maintaining IP‑based security systems such as cameras, access control and alarms, together with the supporting cabling infrastructure across data centres and telecom rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute minor and major installations of security IP devices and cabling, ensuring corrective maintenance and compliance with company standards.
• Develop mid‑to‑long‑term upgrade and replacement plans for security devices, fiber, Ethernet and wireless APs.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecast funding, define maintenance strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Coordinate vendor compliance, monitor implementation timelines, evaluate material quality and control project budgets per site.
• Audit network infrastructure, enforce global standards, create SOPs for audit readiness and support cybersecurity compliance.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in infrastructure or security systems, with a systems‑engineering background or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, solve problems related to IP security devices, servers, data‑centre and telecom environments.
• Strong decision‑making skills and experience managing asset inventories, procurement and vendor relationships.
