Email and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

HireHawk is looking for an Email and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support a direct‑to‑consumer subscription business. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of email, SMS, segmentation, retention, deliverability and reporting, working closely with Klaviyo and Recharge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, schedule and launch Klaviyo email campaigns and automation flows across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention stages.
• Create and manage SMS campaigns and automations as part of an integrated retention strategy.
• Develop customer segments for personalized messaging and improved lifecycle performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Klaviyo‑Recharge integration to ensure accurate subscription data flow.
• Monitor email deliverability, list health and sender performance, resolving issues proactively.
• Analyze campaign performance, produce reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM or email marketing, preferably in DTC or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience building Klaviyo campaigns, automations, flows, segments and reporting.
• Proven ability to design and maintain lifecycle flow architecture and execute retention programs such as churn‑save, win‑back and upgrade offers.
• Strong independent work ethic, problem‑solving skills and ownership of tasks through completion.
