Employer Branding Strategist

About the role

The Employer Branding Strategist shapes and promotes the company’s employer brand to attract, engage and retain top talent. Working closely with Marketing, Talent Acquisition and HR, you will translate the employee value proposition into compelling narratives and experiences that align internal culture with external perception.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an employer branding strategy aligned with business and talent goals.
• Ensure consistency between employer brand, corporate brand and culture initiatives.
• Create narratives that showcase culture, values and employee experience.
• Partner with social media and content teams to produce authentic storytelling.
• Launch and manage employee advocacy programs.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives under Work Can Be Fun, Wellness and Recognition programs, including logistics and vendor management.
• Distribute digital incentives for various employee programs and holiday activities.
• Analyze social, survey and feedback data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to refine positioning.
• Provide on‑site photo and video support for marketing events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement or related marketing functions.
• Proven ability to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Strong project coordination, organizational and vendor management capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred for travel between sites.
