About the role
The Cafeteria Manager will lead the daily operations of the States Diner cafeteria located in Parque Cuscatlán. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining high quality standards, and providing a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, organize, and assign tasks to all cafeteria staff.
- Supervise personal presentation and uniform compliance of each team member.
- Receive and verify deliveries, check receipts, assess product freshness, and rotate inventory as needed.
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring all ingredients, supplies, and equipment are available and in good condition.
- Resolve conflicts promptly and communicate effectively with staff and management.
Required profile
- At least one year of logistical and administrative experience in restaurants or cafeterias.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Minimum education: high school diploma.
- Quick learner, responsible, and committed to punctuality.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Preferably resides in the metropolitan area of San Salvador.
