About the role
We are looking for a Cafeteria Manager to lead the States Diner located in Parque Cuscatlán, San Salvador. The role involves overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, assign, and supervise activities of all cafeteria staff.
- Monitor personal presentation and adherence to uniform standards.
- Receive, verify, and rotate inventory, checking receipts and product freshness.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment are available.
- Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Required profile
- At least one year of logistical or administrative experience in restaurants or cafeterias.
- High school diploma (bachillerato) or equivalent.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Residence in the metropolitan area of San Salvador preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to the job.
