Encargado de bodega

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager (Encargado de bodega) to oversee the proper administration of our warehouse, manage inventory, and coordinate the flow of materials in and out of the facility. The role ensures that supplies are organized, available, and controlled to support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control inventory of materials, equipment and supplies.
• Record all inventory entries and exits according to established procedures.
• Receive, inspect and validate incoming supplies and materials.
• Distribute materials to various areas based on authorized requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical and digital inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and properly organized.
• Coordinate and supervise the Warehouse Assistant.
• Report shortages, damages or irregularities in inventory.
• Quote and supply specialized parts such as filters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control principles.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar control tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
