About the role

The States Diner Café is seeking a motivated manager to lead its team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high service standards. This onsite position is based in the metropolitan area of San Salvador and offers a stable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, assign, and supervise activities for all staff members.
• Monitor personal presentation and uniform compliance of the team.
• Receive and verify deliveries, check freshness, and rotate inventory as needed.
• Maintain quality standards, ensuring all ingredients, supplies, and equipment are available.
• Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of logistical or administrative experience in restaurants or cafés.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma (bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Responsible, committed, and punctual.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Residence within the San Salvador metropolitan area preferred.
