Enterprise Data Integration & Migration Senior Developer

About the role

Join RSM’s Data and Digital Services team as a Senior Developer on the Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) practice. You will work on billable client projects, designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between package software solutions using platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, or Celigo.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, create estimates, and document solutions.
• Perform development, debugging, testing, peer code reviews, and deployment to various environments.
• Mentor and train other developers, contribute to knowledge repositories, and assist with data architecture and system performance improvements.
• When assigned as Project Lead, coordinate resources, drive delivery, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time experience in integration development and 3+ years with integration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a small team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to understand client business processes.
• Leadership qualities, problem‑solving mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile for team success.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Intacct.
• Ability to create technical design documents, perform code reviews, and follow software development lifecycle processes.
