About the role

The Communications Specialist for Projects will design and implement internal and external communication strategies that support Holcim’s sustainability mission. Working from the central office in Antiguo Cuscatlán, the role collaborates with business units to protect the company’s image, reputation, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and monitor communication plans aligned with organizational strategy and priorities.
• Develop and adapt corporate messages for diverse audiences, channels, and organizational levels.
• Manage and keep up‑to‑date internal digital channels such as the website, intranet, screens, and other corporate media.
• Produce or supervise the creation of graphic and audiovisual materials for key campaigns.
• Support leaders and business areas in communication projects, including message design, change management, and crisis communication.
• Develop communication strategies for initiatives, projects, organizational changes, and strategic priorities, ensuring clear and timely transmission.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree holder (as indicated by the requirement for a Liceo graduate).
