About the role
We are looking for a passionate digital professional to lead the growth of Siman.com. The specialist will turn data into actionable strategies that boost e‑commerce performance, acquisition and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance and paid‑media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention initiatives, optimizing the conversion funnel.
- Oversee CRM processes, segmentation and automated workflows to increase lifetime value.
- Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CVR, AOV and revenue using GA4.
- Implement SEO, SEM, remarketing and CRO tactics to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, growth, CRM or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with results‑oriented attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
