About the role

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to design and deliver end‑to‑end RPA and AI solutions that streamline banking processes and generate measurable business value. You will act as the bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring that each automation initiative aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Map and redesign As‑Is and To‑Be processes.
• Design functional RPA and AI solutions based on business needs.
• Define business rules and create detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate project timelines, testing activities, and deliverables.
• Measure automation results, savings, and ROI.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Automation Project Leader or Process Consultant.
• Advanced knowledge of project management, process redesign, BPM and business analysis.
• Understanding of functional architecture for RPA and AI and ability to quantify benefits.
• Proven experience coordinating development teams or work cells.
