About the role

The Specialist in Training, Selection and Development will enhance organizational effectiveness by attracting the right talent, delivering technical and personal training, and strengthening both the company and its employees.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual DNC for Nauterra El Salvador, execute it and measure its impact.
• Recruit and select candidates for vacant structured‑staff positions, ensuring suitability and providing the HR assistant with complete dossiers.
• Lead organizational development projects, including performance evaluation, job description creation, talent management, career planning, management system implementation and labor indicator monitoring.
• Promote a positive organizational climate and employee motivation.
• Manage travel expense requests for staff attending training.
• Update the institutional organizational chart and job descriptions.
• Oversee foreign hiring processes, including migration procedures and individual medical and life insurance.
• Track training metrics and produce a monthly training summary for the group.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent selection.
• Experience designing and delivering technical and personal development programs.
• Ability to manage organizational development initiatives and performance evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of job description creation, career planning and labor indicators.
• Familiarity with initiatives to improve organizational climate and employee motivation.
• Capability to coordinate travel arrangements for training purposes.
• Experience updating organizational charts and maintaining accurate job descriptions.
• Understanding of international hiring procedures, including migration and insurance requirements.
