About the role

We are seeking an Agricultural Facilitator to support vulnerable families in improving their livelihoods and food security. The role involves delivering practical training and technical assistance on sustainable farming, family garden improvement, and locally adapted technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate hands‑on training sessions for community members on sustainable agricultural practices.
• Provide on‑site technical support to participating families, guiding the implementation of improved garden techniques.
• Promote collective learning and knowledge ownership among beneficiaries.
• Adapt and introduce appropriate agricultural technologies that fit the local context.

Required profile

• Commitment to serving vulnerable populations, especially children, in line with a Christian‑based mission.
• Ability to work directly with families and community groups.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in the local language.
