Facturación – Administrative Invoicing Role

About the role
We are looking for a female administrative professional to handle invoicing tasks within our finance department. The role involves managing electronic invoices and interacting with the Ministry of Finance’s invoicing platform.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process electronic invoices using the official Ministry of Finance platform.
- Maintain accurate invoicing records in Excel.
- Ensure compliance with electronic invoicing regulations.
- Support daily administrative activities related to billing.
Required profile
- Female candidates aged between 22 and 35 years.
- Minimum prior experience in invoicing or related administrative work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work early morning shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing processes.
- Familiarity with the Ministry of Finance invoicing platform.
What we offer
- Fixed‑term permanent position with a base salary of $425.
- Performance‑based salary adjustments.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 am – 1:00 pm.
