Finance Digital Project Support Associate

About the role

The Finance Digital Project Support Associate provides administrative, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordination support for finance initiatives across digital and non-digital work. Working under PMO leadership, the role ensures meetings are organized, project records are accurate, and financial reporting inputs are captured.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project planning materials, schedules, calendars, and documentation as directed by project leadership.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, materials, attendance, notes, action items, and follow‑ups.
• Create and update project documentation, trackers, logs, and maintain repositories with version control.
• Compile project status information and prepare draft status reports for review by PMO leadership.
• Capture financial tracking updates and enter reporting inputs into established templates.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting projects, programs, or business operations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Experience in a PMO, operations, technology, or business transformation environment (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, Project, Copilot).
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting practices.
• Experience with Smartsheet (preferred).
