Finance Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Finance Operations Supervisor leads the coordination and processing of data entry, deposit posting and related finance operations for Ria Money Transfer. Based in El Salvador, the role serves as a global liaison, supervising a team that supports finance functions across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly KPI reports to measure team performance.
• Interact with Accounts Receivable, sales teams and senior management to resolve issues.
• Supervise task execution, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
• Enter and maintain description codes for customer deductions and discrepancies.
• Manage and resolve escalations from AR, sales and other finance operations areas.
• Perform data entry across multiple methods including BDI, bank downloads, bulk uploads, manual posting, smart safe posting and debit terminal posting.
• Analyze data and continuously improve processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of finance operations experience preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (85% or higher).
