Financial Advisor – Banking Products Sales

About the role

ABANK is looking for a motivated Financial Advisor to promote and sell a full range of banking products, including micro‑credits, savings accounts, term deposits and insurance. You will work directly with clients, delivering a high‑quality experience that builds lasting commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of all bank financial products through field visits and cold‑calling.
• Provide personalized advice to clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies and data confidentiality.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling financial products.
• Proven ability to conduct field sales and cold‑calling.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong customer‑service focus.
• Professional personal presentation; own transportation is a plus.
