Freelance Creative Marketing Translator & Transcreator (Spanish – El Salvador)

About the role

Acclaro is seeking up to two experienced freelance Creative Marketing Translators & Transcreators to adapt English marketing, entertainment and multimedia content for Salvadoran audiences. This remote role supports global brands in delivering culturally relevant, engaging material.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and creatively adapt marketing, entertainment and multimedia content for the El Salvador market.
• Collaborate with internal and linguistic teams to ensure high‑quality output across platforms.
• Research cultural nuances to produce culturally relevant translations.
• Review and provide feedback on marketing projects to enhance their success.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Spanish for El Salvador with strong cultural knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of translation and transcreation experience, preferably in marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Marketing, Linguistics or related field.
• Understanding of marketing principles and ability to adapt tone to brand guidelines.
