French Sourcing Specialist Internship (El Salvador)

About the role

This internship focuses on building a healthy talent pipeline for customer experience (CX) hiring across French‑speaking candidates. You will learn to design and execute sourcing plans, conduct cold outreach, and support recruitment campaigns under guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to define and adjust sourcing plans for French‑language CX agents.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Participate in event marketing and recruitment campaigns to generate candidate interest.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, pre‑screen candidates, and track sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, high school diploma (college coursework preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently with clear guidance, and customer‑service orientation.
• B2+ proficiency in oral and written English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach.
• Basic data analysis skills to track sourcing metrics.
