Full Stack AI Automation Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join a team that works directly inside US service businesses—call centers, field teams, and logistics operations—to identify manual tasks and build automated solutions that eliminate them. This is a remote, full‑time independent contractor position focused on delivering real‑world AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operating teams to understand workflows and pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack applications and internal tools from concept to production.
• Create AI automations and agents that integrate with phone, email, scheduling, CRM, and billing systems.
• Connect disparate systems using APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Rapidly prototype, test with real users, iterate, and maintain production‑ready solutions.
• Document implementations so the business can operate without constant developer involvement.
• Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and prioritize work based on business value.

Required profile

• 4+ years of end‑to‑end software development experience, both front‑end and back‑end.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to interact with business owners.
• Proven track record of shipping functional automation tools, preferably using large language models.
• Self‑starter who can deliver working solutions quickly rather than perfect prototypes.
