About the role

We are looking for a Regional Accounting Manager to lead and supervise the accounting function across four affiliated companies operating in different countries. The role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable financial information, compliance with tax and accounting obligations, and supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting operations of sister companies in four countries.
• Coordinate and oversee monthly and annual financial closings.
• Restructure, order, and standardize accounts, processes, and accounting criteria at a regional level.
• Ensure correct application of revenues, costs, expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Supervise reconciliations, internal controls, and proper integration of financial information.
• Guarantee compliance with fiscal and tax obligations in each country.
• Coordinate audits and respond to financial information requests.
• Strengthen and document accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Prepare information for regional and intercompany reporting and consolidation.
• Analyze variances and present relevant accounting insights to the Regional Finance Head.
• Lead, develop, and set standards for the regional accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree desirable.
• Solid experience in accounting, preferably in coordination, supervision or managerial positions.
• Proven track record leading accounting teams and operations across multiple countries.
• Experience with financial closings, tax compliance, audits, accounts receivable/payable, internal controls and intercompany processes.
• Demonstrated ability to restructure, order and standardize accounting processes.
• Experience in multi‑country operations within professional services, marketing, consulting or similar industries is a plus.
