About the role

The Restaurant Manager (PC 117) is responsible for maximizing profitability across all sales channels while ensuring high standards of service, staff management, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and delivering an excellent customer and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the restaurant team, identifying talent and fostering a positive work climate.
• Prepare and communicate daily internal information, including administrative procedures and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor and health regulations set by the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Health.
• Create and manage budgets for investments, expenses, petty cash, action plans, corrective measures, and monitor performance through a Balanced Scorecard.
• Communicate new work directives, product introductions, and promotions to staff to guarantee consistent knowledge and superior customer service.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization across all restaurant channels to meet performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in similar restaurant management positions.
• Strong leadership, assertive communication, decision‑making, conflict‑resolution, and critical analysis abilities.
