About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support and Infrastructure Manager to ensure the optimal operation of our data, electrical and equipment infrastructure. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising user support, data‑center operations and regional communications while maintaining up‑to‑date systems.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the proper functioning of data, electrical and equipment structures.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise user support, infrastructure and data‑center activities.
• Maintain continuous updates of hardware and software assets.
• Ensure software compliance and legal licensing.
• Manage regional communication and oversee technology service contracts (telephony, links, etc.).
• Deliver high‑quality service to internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in software licensing administration.
• Experience managing technology projects.
• Training in structured cabling and electrical standards.
• Training in IT services and project management.
• Intermediate level of English.
