About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial team in the heavy machinery and parts sector. The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a fast‑growing company with a strong regional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for heavy equipment and spare parts.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed to visit clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience selling heavy‑machinery parts or equipment.
• Strong understanding of the heavy‑equipment market and negotiation processes.
• Availability to work flexible hours and travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Caterpillar SIS (Service Information System).
