About the role

Legrand is looking for a Retail Business Manager specialized in the hardware (ferretero) channel to drive growth of its Legrand and Bticino brands. You will manage an existing client portfolio, prospect new opportunities, and strengthen relationships with distributors and end‑customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio.
• Achieve commercial objectives and sales budget.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the region.
• Provide commercial advice and support to distributors and final customers.
• Boost sell‑out and inventory rotation.
• Monitor commercial indicators, opportunities, and client follow‑up.
• Coordinate commercial actions with distributors and strategic partners.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in external sales.
• Experience in the hardware channel, electrical materials, construction or related sectors.
• University studies in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (completed or advanced).
• Proven track record in prospecting, portfolio management and meeting sales targets.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
