Global Project Management Senior Associate

About the role

RSM is expanding its Global Project Management practice in El Salvador. The Senior Associate will support international client engagements, coordinating non‑US corporate compliance services and a range of global projects such as statutory audits, tax, ERP implementations and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily status of ongoing projects, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and liaising with RSM member firms and clients for updates.
• Prepare reports for weekly calls and governance meetings, and lead client status calls.
• Maintain billing schedules, reconcile invoices and address billing questions.
• Escalate technical issues promptly and support RSM US stakeholders in global projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of project‑management or business‑process‑improvement experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency and comfort working across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project‑tracking, workflow or collaboration tools.
• AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools.
