Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

UAssist.ME is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own end‑to‑end B2B acquisition campaigns. You will define target audiences, build prospect lists, launch multi‑channel campaigns, and turn marketing activities into qualified sales pipeline opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop target markets, buyer personas, and value propositions for UAssist.ME’s B2B services.
• Research, source, and maintain high‑quality prospect lists for outbound and targeted campaigns.
• Design, launch, and optimise lead‑generation campaigns across LinkedIn, paid search, email, organic content and other digital channels.
• Establish a testing cadence for audiences, messaging, offers, channels, landing pages and formats, analysing results to improve conversion.
• Track and report key metrics such as lead volume, quality, cost per lead and pipeline contribution, aligning closely with Sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B lead‑generation or growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, prospect sourcing, lead qualification and conversion.
• Ability to translate market insights into measurable experiments and actionable campaigns.
• Excellent analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective project management and collaboration with Sales, creative and external partners.
