About the role

Own the full‑funnel marketing for a U.S. home‑services business, driving inbound phone calls from customers who need immediate service. You will manage paid channels, create social content, and handle lead follow‑up calls while reporting results to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Run, optimize and reallocate budget across Google Ads, Yelp and Nextdoor to maximize inbound calls.
• Produce and schedule social media content, including paid boosts, on a consistent cadence.
• Make outbound calls during the day to follow up leads, build referral partnerships and engage in local trade groups.
• Report weekly spend, calls, cost‑per‑lead and upcoming adjustments to leadership.

Required profile

• Comfortable making outbound calls as part of daily work.
• 2+ years managing paid advertising campaigns with hands‑on Google Ads experience.
• Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to explain decisions using data.

Required skills

• Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
• Paid placements on Yelp and Nextdoor.
• Social media content creation and paid boosting.
• Google Analytics or call‑tracking tools.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
