Growth Support Data Specialist

About the role

The Growth Support Data Specialist helps RSM operate as a data‑driven firm by maintaining the accuracy of customer and prospect data, supporting the CRM platform, and providing training and reporting services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for CRM database support and data‑tool adoption.
• Assist users in capturing account, contact, opportunity and activity data in the CRM.
• Produce ad‑hoc pipeline, industry and market reports, and coordinate dashboards.
• Develop specialized knowledge of firm data platforms to handle complex data and reporting requests.

Required profile

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience managing multiple low‑to‑moderate risk projects.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple levels of leadership and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
