Growth Support Specialist

About the role

The Growth Support Specialist provides essential assistance for CRM management, pipeline reporting, and the creation of presentations and pursuit documents, helping the firm deliver high‑quality client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ad‑hoc support for CRM requests, pipeline reports, and the development of presentations and pursuit documents.
• Maintain the CRM platform by monitoring pipeline, documenting relationship activity, and tracking due dates.
• Collaborate with market developers or pursuit leaders to execute seminars, conferences, meetings, and networking events.
• Capture and update account, contact, opportunity, and activity data in CRM, and generate ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
• Review pursuit deliverables to ensure brand compliance, risk adherence, and high document quality.
• Participate in group discussions within industry, line‑of‑business, or local market growth teams.
• Work with growth support leaders and internal client service teams to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Associate degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Effective organization, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations with charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes, and handouts.
• Capability to balance multiple tasks and adapt positively to changing circumstances.
