GTM Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on GTM Operations Specialist to support a fast‑growing startup founder in executing outbound sales campaigns. The role focuses on keeping prospecting workflows, CRM data, and appointment‑setting activities running smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospect messages on Apollo and Dripify, maintaining a professional tone.
• Send 10‑20 thoughtful follow‑ups each day to engaged prospects and convert positive replies into booked meetings.
• Monitor email and LinkedIn sequences, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure campaign performance.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, and other databases.
• Enrich contact records with verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
• Keep HubSpot CRM up‑to‑date with prospect status, communication history, and next actions.
• Perform weekly campaign maintenance: refresh metrics, replace bounced emails, and prune old invitations.
• Run nurture outreach for stalled or closed‑lost opportunities and support founder‑led GTM initiatives such as conference outreach and event invitations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or an SDR role with outbound execution.
• Proven track record in prospecting, list building, follow‑up, and appointment setting.
• Exceptional written English and strong attention to detail.
