About the role

As a Health Insurance Coverage Support Agent you will assist healthcare providers and patients with insurance eligibility, enrollment, and account updates. The role requires accurate handling of coverage details, professional communication, and patience when explaining information.

Key responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients and providers.
• Assist with enrollment processes and update information.
• Maintain accounts and review active coverage.
• Resolve insurance‑related inquiries and guide callers on next steps.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and document interactions accurately.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level, spoken and written.
• At least 18 years old with a valid DUI.
• Completed high school diploma.
• Ability to navigate the web, work across multiple windows and systems, and use email.
• Functional typing skills; typing speed to be confirmed.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Availability to complete initial training with 100% attendance.
• Minimum 6 months contact‑center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.

• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Web navigation and multi‑system handling.
• Typing proficiency.
