Healthcare Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Healthcare Case Manager to join our remote team. The role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery, appropriate staffing, and providing guidance to families, caregivers, and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Review previous day sessions and provide feedback to caregivers and patients.
• Manage the weekly pre‑billing process and verify that caregiver visits are correctly assigned and tracked.
• Validate that visits align with insurance‑authorized weekly hours for each patient.
• Maintain constant communication with US insurance companies.
• Address issues that arise during ongoing visits and multitask as needed.
• Provide timely updates on case status, service authorizations, and workload.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong customer service abilities for interacting with caregivers, patients, and insurers.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Effective prioritization and self‑management capabilities.
