About the role
We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support ABA healthcare operations in San Salvador. The role involves managing insurance coordination, treatment plan submissions, and case follow‑up for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor new and ongoing treatment plan submissions and review them before submission.
- Follow up with insurance providers and process BCBA restaffing requests.
- Coordinate reassessment reminders, case communications, and additional service requests.
- Support new case assignments to Case Managers and review department trackers.
- Follow up on missing clinical documentation and insurance requests requiring BCBA involvement.
Required profile
- Experience in healthcare administration, ABA, authorizations, or case coordination preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and excellent organization.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines, work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong follow‑up, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
