Help Desk Technician – Customer Support & IT

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Help Desk Technician to ensure the smooth operation of its FXOnline system across agents and store computers. You will provide first‑line technical support and customer care through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Help Desk assistance via phone, email and remote desktop connections.
• Monitor system logs to anticipate and prevent issues.
• Maintain the desktop fleet proactively and support related projects.
• Resolve incidents promptly, document them in the ticketing system, and identify trends for future prevention.
• Escalate faults, coordinate with IT, NOC, and development teams, and manage multiple open cases.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM while speaking with customers.
• Flexibility to adapt communication style and work with several applications simultaneously.

Required skills

• Microsoft Technologies (Windows OS, Office suite).
• Remote desktop support.
• Ticketing system usage.
