About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Home Security Specialist to deliver top‑tier support for customers using home security systems and services. You will guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring, ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French and English customer support for system installation, configuration, and account management.
• Assist with alarm system settings, mobile app connectivity, and monitoring services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with security cameras, alarms, smart locks, and other devices.
• Educate customers on system features, best practices, and emergency procedures.
• Handle inquiries about service plans, billing, upgrades, and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and monitoring centers to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or home security preferred.
• Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
