HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have a holistic view of HR, strong management capabilities and a focus on follow‑up, ensuring the execution of defined initiatives and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support middle managers in team management and application of HR practices.
• Monitor core talent processes: performance, development, climate, culture, training, communication and people management.
• Coordinate and track the HR team's work, ensuring plans, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Follow up on HR strategy implementation and projects, providing visibility on progress, results and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze people management indicators and present data to aid decision‑making.
• Identify team and leader needs, proposing solutions and improvement actions.
• Ensure proper execution of HR policies, processes and guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Previous experience in HR roles, preferably as HR Business Partner, Coordinator or talent management responsible.
• Analytical thinking and results orientation.
• Strong organization and discipline in follow‑up.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Capability to turn plans into concrete actions.
• Experience with HR metrics and management tools.
