About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Pharmacy Promoters to represent our brands across several regions in El Salvador. The role involves direct interaction with customers in pharmacies, showcasing products, and ensuring a strong brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Display standardized products according to brand guidelines at each point of sale.
• Promote products across multiple pharmacy chains.
• Maintain clean, organized exhibition areas with correct price signage.
• Support pharmacy staff, follow assigned routes, and uphold brand image.
• Rotate inventory, verify stock levels, and report any stockouts.
• Place POP (point‑of‑purchase) materials.
• Advise consumers on product usage and indications.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Availability on weekends and holidays (mandatory).
• High‑school diploma (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel across different zones.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy promoter.
• Responsible, organized, with good hygiene habits and excellent personal presentation.
